You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time — we prorate the difference to the day and your new benefits kick in immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next 12-month term, so you keep everything you're currently entitled to until then.
Yes. The rate you sign up at is yours for as long as your membership is active. If our labor costs or material prices rise, your maintenance rate and member discounts don't move. Rate-lock applies to both the monthly tier fee and every service discount percentage.
No cancellation fee. Memberships run on a 12-month term — if you cancel, your coverage continues until the term ends and any unused included services are yours to book before then. We don't charge for leaving.
Both give you identical coverage and the same locked-in rate. Annual billing saves you roughly two months of payments (Bronze saves $288/yr, Silver $528/yr, Gold $768/yr, Platinum $1,080/yr). Monthly is better if you prefer smaller, predictable payments and want flexibility. Annual is better if you're committed and want the lowest effective price.
