Yes. Once your application is approved and your package is active, your city or metro area is registered exclusively to you. We do not license overlapping territories within the same market.
Our team reviews your market within 48 hours and confirms whether the territory is available. If it is, we schedule an intro call to walk you through the onboarding process. No payment is collected until you've had that conversation and are ready to move forward.
Two parts. First, a one-time franchise fee to launch — $9,900 (Starter), $19,900 (Builder), or $39,900 (Launch) — which covers your brand license, exclusive territory, the booking platform, your website, training, and the launch build. Then, once you're operating, an ongoing monthly royalty on your revenue — 7%, 6%, or 5% depending on your tier — plus a flat $299/month platform and brand fee. There are no hidden charges beyond that.

We only make money when you make money, so we're motivated to keep sending you leads, improving the platform, and helping you grow — for the life of your franchise, not just at signup. The bigger your upfront commitment, the lower your royalty rate, which rewards operators who go all-in.
Yes. You can move up from Starter to Builder or Builder to Launch at any time by paying the difference in the one-time fee — and your royalty rate drops to the lower tier from that point on. Your territory rights and brand license carry forward; nothing resets.
